The Central Customs’ Service Incineration ceremony


On Wednesday, November 25th, 2020, more than three (3) tons of Indian hemp estimated at 184,205,000 CFA francs and a large quantity of counterfeit drugs worth 76,867,587 CFA francs were cremated. The said products had been seized by various customs units of Fatick.

The cremation ceremony took place at 10 am at the usual site, 3 km from Fatick, on the road to Diakhao. It was chaired by the Governor of Fatick.
