2 kilograms of tobacco impregnated with 45% of an amphetamine substance were seized from a Chinese passenger.
The substances found in this tobacco mixed with castor leaves have effects similar to those of methamphetamine. This was discovered by the Anti-Trafficking Cell (CAAT). As a stimulant of the central nervous system, this castor tobacco, had already been reported as beans used for criminal purposes in some countries.
The composition of this tobacco has been certified by the National Laboratory for Drugs Analysis.
