The Kaolack Customs Subdivision seized 150 kg of Indian hemp on the Kafrine road. The traffickers, who were on a cart, ran off.

 

The Kaolack Customs Subdivision is once again proves its efficiency with this seizure. Indian hemp was carefully concealed in 100 kg bags. Lieutenant-Colonel Ady Fall, who heads the Customs’ operation in the Central region, admits that “the agents of the Serigne Bassirou Mbacké Brigade carried out the operation of seizing 150 kg of drugs, with great intelligence”.

 

The prohibited substance was intercepted 10 kilometers from Kaolack near the village of Keur Toro on the Kafrine road. The 5 individuals, who were on the cart carrying the prohibited product, have fled, reports the Rfm.
